Bob's Burgers spared from Fox's changes to its animated lineup

Should you be holding off on watching the Bob's Burgers fourth season premiere this Sunday—worried you'll be ensnared in the tangle of its many mysteries, only to be left forever hanging should it not be renewed—go ahead and watch it. Fox has officially renewed the show for another year, pledging to keep it as part of the network's Sunday animation lineup for at least one more season. (Also, there aren't mysteries, really.) The renewal vaunts Bob's Burgers to the status of Animation Domination veteran, with the cancellation of The Cleveland Show and American Dad moving to TBS leaving Bob's Burgers, The Simpsons, and Family Guy as the last vestiges of the old familiar cartoon block. Next season will see other possible contenders moving in, like Murder Police, but that scary newness will be offset by the security blanket for the ears that is Jon Benjamin's voice.
