Sesame Street parodies Sons Of Anarchy with "Sons Of Poetry," complete with little Jax and Clay Muppets

Following its successful puppet parodies of Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, and True Blood, Sesame Street has gone and made a Sons Of Anarchy homage. “Sons Of Poetry” finds Tig, Bobby, Clay, and Jax cruising the bad roads of England and helping troubled poets come up with solid rhymes. The 5-minute clip comes complete with a take on the Sons silly theme song. Sons creator Kurt Sutter tweeted his gratitude toward the show, saying that [sic] “growing up with bert & ernie, having a 6 yr. old who loves elmo. this means so much to me.”

Sesame Street also just released a Cookie Monster-themed take on Icona Pop’s “I Love It” that’s also pretty darn smart and cute. Watch that below as well.
