Fifty Shades to go even Darker with an unrated version due in April

Promising more sexy situations with an emotionally manipulative hunk, Fifty Shades Darker is getting an unrated edition that will be released April 25 on Digital HD. According to ComingSoon.net, the edition ”plung[es] fans even deeper into the mesmerizing, hidden world of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele.”

Given that half-hearted innuendo, we’re going to assume that means more boring sex scenes, but maybe the unrated edition has an in-depth explanation of The Chronicles Of Riddick poster in Christian Grey’s childhood bedroom. That truly is the movie’s greatest mystery. (For what it’s worth, Jamie Dornan has said that the poster is there because it’s ”kind of funny,” but we have to think there’s more to it.)
