Hear Wilco’s new single

Stereogum has posted the A-side of Wilco’s new single, which went on sale over the weekend at the band’s Solid Sound festival in Massachusetts. The song is called “I Might,” and it’s a rocking power-pop nugget with some nice ’60s organ swirls that recalls Wilco’s Summerteeth period. (We’re not just saying that to get you excited—it really sounds like that.) The single, which is the inaugural release on Wilco’s dBpm label, has a cover of Nick Lowe’s “I Love My Label” on the B-side. Oh, and by the way: Wilco’s next album The Whole Love is due in September.
