Late in September, Lou Reed did a photo shoot for Parrot ZIK, a fancy line of headphones. While he was on set, film director Farida Khelfa sat down with him for a few minutes and peppered him with questions. A month or so later, Reed died, making the quick little chat his last interview. Rolling Stone posted it this morning, and while Khelfa’s questions aren’t exactly groundbreaking, Reed’s responses are still warm and insightful. It’s well worth a watch, especially if you’re still mourning the loss of the late Velvet Underground frontman.
