Listen to a whole new record from Joan Of Arc and Cap'n Jazz frontman Tim Kinsella

Cap’n Jazz and Joan Of Arc frontman Tim Kinsella is pretty much a jack-of-all-trades. He’s directed films, worked on a multi-media art project with Fred Lonberg-Holm, and, now, collaborated with poet Marvin Tate on a new record. Tim Kinsella Sings The Songs Of Marvin Tate By LeRoy Bach Featuring Angel Olsen is pretty much what it sounds like, with Kinsella singing Tate’s words set to music written by former Wilco multi-instrumentalist LeRoy Bach and accented with accompanying vocals from Angel Olsen. The record isn’t out until Dec 3, but A.V. Club readers can stream the whole thing right now below. It’s a heady listen, but a good one.

Interested listeners can buy the record right now here.
