On its first demo, Boston’s Somos sounded like a band that had already built an identity—a rare feat for a group with only four songs to its name. Its Tiny Engines debut, Temple Of Plenty, expands upon the band’s previous success, offering up songs that are fresh, but which also feel lived-in and warm. The A.V. Club is premiering “Domestic,” a track that sums up everything about Somos as it hides hooks around every corner, shifting riffs and vocal melodies on a dime without ever getting lost in them.
“Domestic” can be found below, and pre-orders for Temple Of Plenty can be made here.
