Actors John Rhys-Davies and Tyler Jacob Moore are joining the cast of Once Upon A Time, ABC’s drama about the lives of Disney characters reimagined in the fictional Storybrooke, Maine. Both Rhys-Davies and Moore will play two characters from the smash hit Frozen. They’ll be joined by Georgina Haig and Elizabeth Lail, who were previously cast as Elsa and Anna, respectively.
Rhys-Davies, best known for his role as Gimli in The Lord Of The Rings, will play Pabbie the Troll King—continuing the actor’s well-established skills at playing diminutive fantastical creatures. Moore will play Prince Hans, Anna’s suitor-turned-enemy.
Disney wasted no time in getting its latest hit into the ABC show, with the finale of season three teasing Elsa’s arrival. And at San Diego Comic-Con, the network aired a clip from the upcoming fourth season that showed Elsa and Anna leaving flowers at the graves of their parents.
Once Upon A Time’s fourth season debuts on September 28.
