My Bloody Valentine announces a few U.S. dates, the group's first since 2009

My Bloody Valentine has announced a short run of U.S. dates, the group’s first since 2009. The six dates begin in Austin in August and take the group up and down the west coast from Seattle to Los Angeles. So far nothing else has been announced—but hey, hope springs eternal, especially since the group’s latest record, mbv, still has some momentum behind it.
