One of the more ruthlessly funny network comedies of the past couple of years, and one of the least huggable, Don’t Trust The B---- In Apartment 23 paid the price for its misplaced priorities and was abruptly canceled by ABC last January, with eight episodes of its second season left unaired. Fans of Krysten Ritter’s bubbly mean-girl act were forced to make it through late winter and early spring without a fix, or else re-watch her story arc on Breaking Bad and hope that things would turn out different this time. But the happy news has arrived, via Ritter’s Twitter feed, that the remaining episodes will premiere on iTunes and Hulu on May 17. (They will also be available at ABC.com, but who really wants to attend a wake thrown by the murderer? So awkward!) Ritter’s co-star, James Van Der Beek, is already at work on a pilot for another sitcom on CBS, so this is your last chance to see him in the role he was put on Earth to play.
