Newswire Big Boi is not going to jail

Back in August we reported on Big Boi's arrest on drug possession charges while exiting what appeared to be a pretty kick-ass cruise ship. Big Boi stood accused of holding Ecstasy pills, MDMA powder, and Viagra without a prescription, but on Thursday he agreed to a plea deal that will keep him out of jail. Instead, Big Boi will undergo three months of drug testing, perform community service, and pay $2,000 to charity. If he passes his drug tests, his two felony charges will be dropped. [Via MTV]
