Christmas movie update in July
According to Variety, Jim Carrey has signed on to play Ebenezer Scrooge in the 13 billionth film adaptation of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, the Disney flick will use that creepy-ass "performance capture" animation seen in Tom Hanks' Polar Express. Can you say, The Grinch without makeup?
