Sounds like the plot of a really frightening porno, doesn't it? But nope, Keep Cheering is a public-access show run by an older gentleman who's apparently just keenly interested in the world of middle-school cheerleading. He's not particularly adept at running a camera or making sure that his interview subjects are audible, but Jim W. Hawkins certainly seems to have enthusiasm.
