"Dick In A Box" wins an Emmy
Inescapable SNL sketch "Dick In A Box"--or, as The AP calls it, "(Blank) In A Box"--was honored at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The video, evocatively summed up by the AP as being "about wrapping a part of the male anatomy and presenting it to a loved one as a holiday present," beat out two songs from a musical episode of Scrubs. Now there's speculation that Andy Samburg and Justin Timberlake might perform the song at the Primetime Emmys show Sunday night. (Blank)! That sounds like a (blank)in' good time!
