Honest to blog: Diablo Cody to bring Sweet Valley High to the big screen
In a development that only sounds like a throwaway gag from Family Guy, Oscar-winning scribe Diablo Cody will bring her raging Diablo Codyosity to writing and producing a big-screen version of the young person favorite Sweet Valley High. The popular book series follows the misadventures of identical twins with diverging passions. One adores a minuet, The Ballet Russes, and crepe suzette. The other loves to rock and roll, a hot dog makes her lose control—what a wild duet! Or maybe we're confusing them with another pop-culture pair. We remain, as always, cautiously optimistic.
