Jonah Hill soon to be available as animation
Hot on the news that FOX has plans to adapt Peter Bagge's The Bradleys comes word of another potentially rude/funny project, this one involving Jonah Hill. Variety reports that the Superbad star will work with Yes Man writers Andrew Mogel and Jarrad Paul on an animated series. But what's it all about? Variety again:
Project centers on a 7-year-old socialite who acts and talks like an adult -- and finds himself out of his element when forced to attend public school.
Hill will also supply voiceover work, presumably as the 7-year-old.
Good idea? Bad idea? It sounds potentially promising, but in an animation world in which the creator and most of the actors behind Arrested Development can make something as dire as Sit Down Shut Up, who really knows?
