Nerd alert: Dollhouse absorbs Reaper creators
The world of cult television is a small one, after all. With the beloved but ratings-deficient Reaper having finally ended its run on the CW, it was leaked via Twitter that the show’s creators, Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters, would be joining the writing staff of the beloved but ratings-deficient Dollhouse for its second season. Fazekas and Butters will bring a compatible sensibility to their new home, and presumably a bit more of a comedic edge. Whatever the case, the news should excite the tiny subset of the population that would be more likely than not to appear at Comic Con in July.
According to FOX’s fall schedule announcement yesterday, Dollhouse will premiere on Friday, September 18 after… sigh… ‘Til Death.
