Missing those good ol’ days of the 1990s? So are a lot of people—many of whom apparently book late-night talk shows. Tonight’s chat-show slate features several figures that shaped the decade that led to your utter disappointment with the 2000s and 2010s, major ones (President Bill Clinton, Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell, megaproducer/the pride of Madison, Wisconsin Butch Vig) and minor ones (power-poppers Fountains Of Wayne, reformed Matador Records favorite Chavez) alike. Meanwhile, Zooey Deschanel, Jim Parsons, and Idris Elba reach out into your living room to guide you through this utterly terrifying landscape we call “the present.”
