Originally thought the be
unceremoniously shuffled off via online-only channels, the final three episodes of cancelled fan favorite
Pushing Daisies will indeed see airtime on ABC this summer, starting May 30, according to
The Hollywood Reporter. Sure, they’re going to air Saturday nights at 10 p.m. ET, but the time for finding a network audience has passed. More likely, this little resurrection is meant to drum up interest for the
Pushing Daisies season two box set, which will be released in July.
Somewhat unusually, it looks like the UK will get to say hello and goodbye to Ned, Chuck, Olive, Emerson, et al, before U.S. audiences. The final three episodes—titled “Window Dressed To Kill,” “Water And Power,” and “Kerplunk”—are set to air on ITV starting April 17.
