Aisha Tyler
Aisha Tyler is every bit a suburban boy’s fantasy: Dartmouth graduate, beer brewer, the only recurring black beauty on Friends, and improv side-splitter. Known for her hosting days on Talk Soup, and now on The Talk, the late-blooming comedian has since dabbled in the Hollywood scene with brief stints in Reno 911!, roles in so-so funny movies like Balls Of Fury, and now she voices super-spy Lana Kane in FX’s Archer. She also found time to hone her dry, sarcastic wit as a contributor to Glamourmagazine, which helped foster her first book in 2004. Swerve: Reckless Observations Of A Postmodern Girl opens with the modest line, “I wish I was more clever.” But she should know: She’s as clever as she is charming and disarming.
