Andy Kindler

Prior to judging the 2010 season of Last Comic Standing, veteran stand-up Andy Kindler had minor roles on various sitcoms including Everybody Loves Raymond, as well as recurring appearances as an in-the-field correspondent on the Late Show With David Letterman. He’s sharp-witted and has high standards, which not only comes across in his own dry, cutting stand-up (he’ll sometimes pause during a set to examine why one of his jokes didn’t work), but in his vituperatively funny takedowns of others. He’s best known in comedy circles for his annual “State Of The Industry” address, a scathing speech he delivers each year to a packed room at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal.
