Anti-Flag
Pittsburgh punk-rockers Anti-Flag have been railing against the American government for years, and, dammit, the Obama administration sure as hell isn't going to stop them now. The People Or The Gun, their latest, expounds even more on their hatred of capitalism, with tracks like "The Economy Is Suffering...Let It Die" asking, "I've seen a lot of bailouts in my life / But why is it I never see a bailout for the homeless and the poor?" While the rest of the lyrics mostly amount to kicking economists everywhere in their collective groin, Anti-Flag's hate-filled but strangely infectious energy picks up the slack, creating this odd sensation of "I'm so pissed, but I'm having a great time!"
