Maria Taylor and Orenda Fink pulled the brakes on their gauzy pop act in 2004, but they’ve kept busy separately ever since. Taylor released a handful of solo albums, Fink formed new projects Art In Manila and O+S, and both have performed with Saddle Creek labelmates Now It’s Overhead. Recently re-formed, Azure Ray is fresh off its fourth album, Drawing Down The Moon, which finds the band once again delivering a dreamy collection of elegant, melancholy songs.
