Arizona’s screamo-tinged Blessthefall parted ways with its lead singer, Craig Mabbit, over “personal reasons,” but it’s found another guy who can go from plaintive whining to beastly growling in Beau Bokan, and soldiered on with recording Witness. Apparently the life of a screamo band is hard, because guitarist Mike Frisby followed Mabbit’s suit earlier this year, with Elliott Gruenberg (formerly of Legacy and Before Their Eyes) stepping into his shoes for the new Awakening.
