Broken Water

Broken Water is an Olympia, Washington-based band with two solid releases on the small-run Night People label, which was founded by the now-defunct noise-makers of Raccoo-oo-oon. Well-versed in the guitar-heavy bedlam of Dinosaur Jr and Sonic Youth, the trio’s most explosive when multitasking drummer Kanako Wynkoop assumes vocal duties.
