Christmas Evil
Most of the "slasher Santa" films of the '80s pegged their horrific yuletide homicides on childhood trauma, but only Lewis Jackson's Christmas Evil had the chestnuts to force its antagonist into witnessing an X-rated version of "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus." That kid grows up to be toy-factory worker Brandon Maggart, who takes the "naughty and nice" part of the Santa mythos very seriously, keeping track of his neighbors' indiscretions in a leather-bound book and doling out presents to the naughty ones that are much worse than a lump of coal. (Like a toy bayonet to the eye!)
