Conan O'Brien

Conan O’Brien belongs on TV, but that medium made it difficult for his devoted—if not Leno-sized—fanbase to fully show its adoration for the gawky host until his brief run behind the Tonight Show desk neared its end. Fortunately, following a “Legally Prohibited From Being On Television” comedy tour, O’Brien found a late night gig on TBS, where he hosts Conan. He’s bringing the show to Chicago for Just For Laughs, band, sidekick, and all. As with past O’Brien productions in Chicago, fans can expect Windy City-related guests like Brian Urlacher and suburban native actors who have struck it big. It wouldn’t be crazy to expect lots of baseball jokes, pizza references, and corruption riffs either, and that’s just fine with us.
