Among the acts helping to establish Central Texas’ hip-hop clout, few hustle harder than Crew 54 and Riders Against The Storm. Crew 54’s G-Christ and M.O.S. added a “vlogging” entry to their crowded CV in 2010, starring in their own online series, The 54 Reality Show. Off-camera, the duo provided a steadily flowing supply of its Southern-flavored “aggressive soul,” dropping a pair of mix-tapes—June’s The 54 Reality Show Tape, followed by October’s Slap Rapz.
