Deastro

Deastro is an enormously promising young electro-rock confessionist who writes excitable songs and crams them with all manner of atmospheres and rubs. He caught on early as a signee to the cool series eMusic Selects, and then the Ghostly International label swooped in and signed him (and his band) up to put out Moondagger, a new album full of neon New Order fantasias and heartening appeals to mental and spiritual action (or at least attention). Deastro can be even more rousing live, which is saying something.
