DOOM
Part of the late ’80s U.K. crust punk movement that also bled into the burgeoning worlds of death metal and grindcore, the guttural and influential Doom made a great deal of noise before disbanding for the first time in 1990. The ensuing years have seen several reincarnations of the band, and its influence and legacy continues to make Doom an anticipated act to catch live.
