Eef Barzelay

The post-Clem Snide age officially began in 2008, when frontman Eef Barzelay released his excellent solo album, Lose Big, after disbanding his long-running group the previous year. The epoch proved short-lived, and soon after Barzelay reassembled his band to support Hungry Bird, an album of older material. As a comeback, it was subdued and anticlimactic, but 2010’s The Meat Of Life is a step in the right direction.
