Glassjaw

A number of factors—personnel changes, rumored label disputes, vocalist Daryl Palumbo’s commitment to electro-pop side project Head Automatica and his continued battle with Crohn’s disease—have kept post-hardcore icon Glassjaw more or less silent since its 2005 EP, El Mark. Fans have subsisted on sporadic live dates and constant rumors of new material and upcoming albums—inevitably followed by pushed release dates. But (finally!) Glassjaw’s released something new. Our Color Green is basically five tracks that the quartet has worked on throughout its schedule of sporadic live dates. Hopefully this release will quell the rumors about Glassjaw’s demise, at least for the time being.
