Greg Behrendt

With his spiky hair and studded leather belts, comedian Greg Behrendt certainly tries his best to look like a rocker. It’s a pretty thorough ploy, but, ultimately, it’s an illusion. Though he’s had specials on HBO and Comedy Central, and breezed through the halls of virtually every late-night talk show, Behrendt is best known for the least rocking gig of all time—co-authoring the quasi-inspirational self-help tome He’s Just Not That Into You, an entire book (and now movie) spawned from a single Sex And The City line. Nevertheless, Behrendt is an engaging stand-up, and his podcast with Dave Anthony, Walking The Room—championed by frequent guest Patton Oswalt—inhabits a squalid, alternate world that’s simultaneously disturbing and uproariously inventive, belying both his image and questionable résumé.
