With their shaggy haircuts and Disney-minded casual-cool style, it’s no surprise that New Jersey’s Honor Society is signed to Jonas Records (owned by those Jonases). Cookie-cut from the same false notion that rock ’n’ roll can sound like it came from the mall and look like a Christian version of an Abercrombie & Fitch advertisement, Honor Society’s sweet pop-rock is about as safe as you can get. These four dudes make the Jonas Brothers look like Mötley Crüe—if the Crüe wore less eyeliner and a lot more foundation.
