Artist I Fight Dragons

I Fight Dragons is the crime-fighting gamer’s answer to the pop-rock scene. By blending sounds from old video game sound cards, warm harmonies, and pop-rock swag, the Chicago quintet has harnessed the power to take listeners right into the pages of a vintage Marvel comic. These digital sounds leave the console in the band’s live shows, where I Fight Dragons uses NES controllers as instruments onstage. After signing with Photo Finish/Atlantic in February 2010, I Fight Dragons toured with bands like 3OH!3, and recently dropped KABOOM!, its full-length debut. The album has the potential to ignite someone’s inner superhero with the kind of enthusiasm that might just tempt that person to strap on a cape.
