When two musicians date, they inevitably end up recording together, putting their romance into a musical time capsule—and pressure cooker—with varying long-term results. With this fall’s preciously poppy I’m Having Fun Now, the prospects look good for Rilo Kiley’s Jenny Lewis and singer-songwriter Johnathan Rice sticking together. If they’re as sweet to each other as they sound on their songs, these two crazy kids might just stand a chance.
