Kevin Smith
Kevin Smith has amassed a plethora of creative material over time. His films—Clerks, Mallrats, and Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back, among many others—make up a large part of the slacker canon. He’s written comic books for both DC and Marvel, and his weekly podcast—the SModcast—is an Internet sensation. And that’s not even covering his tweets, New Jersey comic book shop, two compilations of essays, his war of words with Southwest Airlines, and the distribution drama surrounding his latest film, Red State. All of which is to say that Kevin Smith has a lot to talk about, which bodes well for an event that’s pretty much just the man and a microphone.
