While the melodic metal-core of Madison's Lords Of Discipline fits a little too snuggly under the "new wave of American heavy metal" heading, its powerful execution is tough to deny. Throat-ripping howls and face-melting guitar leads tread across tight minor-key riffing, as syncopated blasts of double-kick stomp underneath.
