Marc Ribot's Ceramic Dog

Marc Ribot is a downtown guitar luminary who has worked with everybody from John Zorn and John Medeski to Tom Waits and Elvis Costello. He’s best known for his jazzy playing with The Lounge Lizards and his Latin forays with Los Cubanos Postizos, but Ribot’s generous range usually sweeps across all his work in equal measure. That very much includes his band Ceramic Dog, which is rounded out by Shahzad Ismaily on bass (and Moog and electronics) and Ches Smith on drums (and electronics).
