Mars WilliamsSaxophonist Mars Williams played in bands like The Psychedelic Furs and The Waitresses and accompanied pop rock musicians Billy Idol, Robert Palmer, and Billy Squire before fronting bands like acid-jazz ensemble Liquid Soul. But he stays extremely active and prolific in experimental free jazz with a number of groups and a weekly show in Chicago with his improvisational quartet, Extraordinary Popular Delusions.
