Mike Mictlan

There’s a pushy grittiness to Mike Mictlan that it is obvious he is quite proud of having. Fortunately, for the Doomtree member, he also inhabits an infectious energy and memorable delivery that has made him one of the more exciting MCs in the Twin Cities. Whether he’s guesting on a Spyder Baybie And 2% Muck set, or delivering his cutting lyrics while performing with Lazerbeak—his most recent collaborator and fellow Doomtree member—Mictlan’s penchant for poetical lyricism and precise technical ability do much good in riling even the tamest of Midwestern crowds.
