Nick Swardson

Nick Swardson is a scene-stealing bit player who’s brought tremendous laughs to Reno 911! (as “Tug-Tug” Terry, the roller-skating waiter/handjob-giver) and a bunch of movies, including several with friend and frequent writing partner Adam Sandler. Swardson is known for bringing the same energy and weirdness to the stage, where his comedy mines new humor from tried-and-true topics like getting fucked up, but occasionally wanders off into conceptual tangents on things like why using “gay” and “retarded” as adjectives is perfectly acceptable. (This is, after all, the guy who starred in a pilot called Gay Robot, which is absolutely worth seeking out on YouTube.)
