Patton Oswalt
Patton Oswalt has been on a hot streak as both a comedian and an actor for the past several years: ringmaster of the Comedians Of Comedy tour, voice of the cartoon rat in Ratatouille, star of Big Fan and Young Adult, and a recurring character in Battlestar Galactica prequel Caprica. His latest comedy CD, 2011’s Patton Oswalt: Finest Hour, is as hilarious as ever, capturing his smart, geeky, sarcastic observations on everything from daddy sweatpants to the horror of living in New York City. Onstage, online, and on his albums, Oswalt zeroes in on a joke with the focused intensity of a laser—an approach he also takes to the essays collected in his debut as an author, Zombie Spaceship Wasteland.
