Peaches
It’s been nearly a decade since Peaches released The Teaches Of Peaches, an album that dropped filthy electroclash tracks like “Fuck The Pain Away” and “Diddle My Skittle” on unsuspecting dance-floor freaks. The albums that followed—2003’s Fatherfucker and 2006’s Impeach My Bush—didn’t stray far from the formula, and neither does the recent I Feel Cream. That doesn’t mean it’s not inspired: Simian Mobile Disco and German dance duo Digitalism each lend some production duties, and the aggression and swagger of her earlier work is on full (frontal) display.
