Artist Star Wars: In Concert

For those turned off by the mediocre Star Wars prequels of the past few years, there’s at least one thing that’s remained consistently great: John Williams’ six symphonic scores, and the various motifs that run through each and every one of them. Expect costumes and geekery of a particularly outlandish sort when the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra performs selections from the films here, with synchronized film clips and narration by Anthony Daniels, who portrayed C-3PO. Is this a probing, austere artistic event? No, not really. But it’ll probably be a lot of fun.
