Supersuckers

Supersuckers play good ol’ American rock ’n’ roll, and judging by the current members’ monikers (Eddie Spaghetti, Dan “Thunder” Bolton, “Metal” Marty Chandler, and “Scottzilla” Churilla), the group is surely a fun and rowdy bunch. It’s been a long haul—more than two decades in, a steady stream of raucous country-rock, near-constant touring, hanging with Eddie Vedder and Willie Nelson—and band leader Spaghetti plans to keep on it: A new record for 2012 has been promised on the band’s website. True, Supersuckers haven’t put out a record since 2008’s Get It Together, but a renewed spirit is certain to be found onstage, where the band has proven over the years to be at its best.
