System Of A Down

Between 2001 and 2006, System Of A Down received nearly constant exposure thanks to a combination of easily-digestible political convictions, technically gifted musicianship, and lyrics that are juvenile enough to snare that mythical 12-24 demographic. Alas, in 2006, SOAD announced they would go on a hiatus to allow its members to pursue a series of middling side projects. Now, five years later, they have returned with their aggressively-minded Target rawk, set to remind YouTubers that, hey, that one song, “Chop Suey,” is still way awesome.
