Tears For Fears
Despite the fact that Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith released their debut as Tears For Fears all the way back in 1983, the pair has collaborated on only three other albums. The first gap was between 1985’s Songs From The Big Chair and 1989’s The Seeds Of Love, but the bigger one took place after touring in support of the latter, during which time Orzabal used the TFF moniker to release what were essentially solo albums. Orzabal and Smith finally kissed and made up with 2004’s Everybody Loves A Happy Ending, which hinted at past expansions of psychedelic rock and concise pop without sounding like too much of a throwback.
