The All-American Rejects
Though they always seem to be on the cusp of seeing their self-deprecating name come to fruition, The All-American Rejects are still an emo-pop force to be reckoned with. But the Oklahoma band is no stranger to uphill battles, having originally issued its eponymous debut album on tiny Doghouse Records in 2002 before seeing it explode the following year with the help of DreamWorks and super-catchy single “Swing, Swing.” Then came 2005’s one-hit-wonder-smashing Move Along, which was finally followed up three and a half years later by When The World Comes Down.
