The Damned Things

It’s unusual for a supergroup of The Damned Thing’s magnitude (members include Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano of Anthrax, Joe Trohman and Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy, and Keith Buckley and Josh Newton of Everytime I Die), but that didn’t stop its 2010 debut, Ironiclast, from going mostly unnoticed. Still, don’t attribute that to a lack of grungy fun or ripping riffs, because songs like “We’ve Got A Situation Here” and “Bad Blood” combine the best elements of metal, rock, and pop its members bring to the table.
